These Terms and Conditions (Terms) explain how you may use this website and enter The Lucky Luxury Co Limited Company (Company Number 16231486 and registered office address March Road, Wimblington PE15 0RW) competitions. These terms are between the promoter, The Lucky Luxury Co (we, us or our) and you, the Entrant, the person using this website and entering into our competitions.

2. The competition
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on our website at https://www.theluckyluxury.co (the “Website”)
2.2. All competitions are skill-based competitions and will require you (The Entrant) to answer a question set by (The Promoter) and pay an entry fee to enter. The price of each draw will be clearly stated on each competition.
2.3. To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition must answer the question correctly and pay the entry fee. A maximum of 100 tickets is available per Entrant. Entries over the amount of maximum tickets allowed will not be included in the prize raffle draw.
2.4 All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries received by us in languages other than English will be void and no refunds will be given
2.5 By submitting your entry you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. How to enter
3.1. Each competition is open to UK Entrants who are over the age of 18. If Entries are received by someone under the age of 18 these will be void and will not be entered into the prize raffle draw.
3.2 By entering the competition you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that you are over the age of 18 and are a UK resident. We reserve the right to confirm your eligibility by asking proof of age or address. Failure to provide this information may mean that your entries will not be entered into the prize raffle draw.
3.3 The competition duration will be clearly stated on the website and will run from these dates provided. These dates shall be referred to as “Opening Date” and “Closing Date”. All times and dates referenced are times and dates in London, England.
3.4 All competition entires must be received by the Closing Date which is clearly stated on each competition. All entries received after the Closing Date specified will not be included in the prize raffle draw and will not be refunded.
3.5 All competitions will take place on their Closing Date regardless of how many tickets are sold. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date to sell more tickets.
3.6 To enter the competition online you must:
A) go to the Website and choose the competition you wish to enter;
B) select your answer to the competition question and submit your answer;
C) complete the checkout process and register your details online;
D) complete the payment to receive your order confirmation.
3.7 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

4. The Prize
4.1 The Prize of each competition will be stated clearly on the Website and will be purchased prior to the Opening Date of the competition.
4.2 The Prize cannot be transferred to another person and can only be delivered to the address provided on the Entrants registration form.
4.3 Only one prize is available for each competition. Clear and genuine authenticity receipts will be provided with the Prize and delivered to the Entrants address. The Prize will be in a brand new state and will only have been used for photography and marketing purpose. The photos that are shown on the website are of the EXACT Prize the Entrant will receive.
4.4 All Entrants who answer the question correctly and pay the entry fee will be entered into a draw where the winner will be chosen at random. The random draw will take place on the exact time and date specified on the Website.
4.5 Once the draw is complete the winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the “Draw Date” (Closing Date). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner with the details provided on registration within 7 days of the Draw Date however, if the Entrant cannot be contacted then they will forfeit the prize and the Prize will be awarded to the next eligible Entrant by means of a random draw.
4.6 The winner of each prize will be asked to enter into promotional content, but reserve the right to decline and remain anonymous. The Winner will need to specify to us that they wish to keep their identity private, if so, we will not share your name or details on our website or social media accounts.
4.7 We do not accept responsibility for errors made in the registration process or incomplete registrations and therefore you will forfeit your entries.
4.8 All prizes will be delivered to the Entrants address provided in the registration process, the Prize will be sent requesting a signature and photo proof of delivery to ensure the Prize is delivered safely. We do not accept any liability for damage during the delivery process. We will ensure the Prize is packaged in a protective box to minimise this risk.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 All entries are final and will not be able to be refunded or returned.
5.2 In the case of The Promoter cancelling the competition for whatever reason, the Entrants shall receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of liability
6.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7.Data protection and publicity
7.1 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
7.2 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town, city or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
7.3 If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the competition we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.
7.4 If you are the winner of the competition, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such way but by doing so you may prevent the Prize being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the Prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.5 Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at theluckyluxuryco@gmail.com prior to the Closing Date.

8. General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.
8.2 The competitions on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any other business including Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok has no liability and is not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
8.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.4 You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
